This little guy was a custom order that was abandoned by the would-be-customer. Its a little thicker than some would like (say for paring apples in hand) but it would be great for proteins (take a look at the specs below).

The handle is from Japan. it is D-shaped Rosewood and Ebony. The blade is AEBL steel with a tight hammer texture.
